This agreement allows All The Masters Inc to market and sell canvas reproductions for;

This agreement allows All The Masters Inc to reproduce to canvas the following images:

All The Masters Inc may display images listed above on its web site www.allthemasters.com for resale purposes. The artist will receive a quarterly statement of all retail sales of the above images along with a royalty cheque based on 15% commission of the total retail canvas sale amount.
It is understood that this agreement excludes all income from framing, stretching and brushstrokes sales.
The artist agrees to provide transparencies or digital files on CD at no cost to All The Masters Inc for reproduction purposes. Do not send originals or other material that can not be replaced as All The Masters Inc will not be held responsible for their loss. Material sent remain the property of the artist and will be returned after their use. Reproductions may not have an exact color equivalent to the original due to differences in materials and mediums used. The artist understands that the final color of the reproductions will be left to the discretion of All The Masters Inc. All The Masters Inc will not reproduce any of the above listed images without the artists written consent after the date of termination of this contract. All The Masters Inc does not guarantee any sales by the signing of this contract or by adding artwork or images to the www.allthemasters.com web site.

This contract will be in effect for a period of 24 months from the date of artists signing.
