All The
Masters welcomes all artists to take advantage of
our services and marketing program. Let the world view, purchase and enjoy
your art.
There are limited screening processes to join this program. Pornographic,
violent, excessive profanity, offensive materials or unlicensed material
will not be allowed. All The Masters reserves the right to deny acceptance
in to this marketing program.
We strive to make our clients comfortable with the content and images
on our website. Please remember that art is a very subjective and what
is acceptable to one audience, may not be acceptable to another.
Easy steps to list your art on AllTheMasters.com:
1) To start with, we will need transparencies or digital
files of your art. Here are a few simple ways of doing this:
-photograph your art and have transparencies made from the negatives to
send to us.
-have your art scanned and mail us the digital files on CDs.
We suggest that you have either of these two methods done professionally.
If you are a photographer you may create transparencies from the negatives,
or scan and create digital files onto CDs and mail them to us.
We will accept most file formats such as TIFF, BMP, JPEG, PSD and so on,
TIFF is preferable.
Please do not send materials that can not be replaced as items may be
lost in the mail.
Digital files must be a minimum of 300 dpi. Keep in mind that we are able
to print 40 inches wide so scan at an appropriate dpi.
As an example, if you are scanning from a 4X5 transparency you must scan
at a minimum of 3000 dpi which will give us the capability to enlarge
your image to 40X50 inches and maintain the minimum of 300 dpi. We use
an Epson 9800 and print at 1440 dpi.
2) Create your biography. Please include these basics
where possible; image of your self, full name, date of birth, place of
birth, current location, degrees in related subject, length of time as
an artist/photographer and sales history, if applicable. Create a short
personal story of where you have been and what you have done in your life
relating to the subject of art. Clients want to know who you are and what
has led you to this point in your life. Please try to produce a 100 to
150 word document and email this information to us.
3) Once you have the transparencies or digital files,
you must provide us written permission to reproduce your art/photographs
to canvas and agree to our terms and conditions. Click

the titles and years of completion of each piece and print and sign your
name along with the date. If you would like us to market your original
art, click here to

information as in the previous agreement.

All new artists/photographers are assigned to an appointed
dealer in their local area, if one has not been assigned to your area
All The Masters will act as your appointed dealer.
All The Masters planned start date for this program is
April/06. This date is not a deadline. This will be an ongoing program
in which we will be continually adding new artists/photographers to All
The Masters web site.
In April/06 we will be uploading all new artists/photographers to our
web site.
To further our existing marketing efforts in April we will be sending
an email to All The Masters members and dealers across the US and Canada
introducing our new artists and photographers. As well, we will be increasing
our advertising budget on google, overture and other search networks.
Search Engine Optimization based on your gallery (keywords) will be implemented
over several months after your inclusion on our web site.
Please keep in mind that this is a new program and it may have a few wrinkles.
